{"id":48003,"date":"2017-04-21T14:54:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-21T12:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellej.org\/?p=48003\/"},"modified":"2020-03-07T17:35:20","modified_gmt":"2020-03-07T15:35:20","slug":"sc-esc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellej.org\/en\/sc-esc\/","title":{"rendered":"Simply Solid Crochet Stitch With Extended SC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m adding one more Solid Crochet Stitch in my collection of patterns and new symbol in the table of Crochet Symbols for Charts.&nbsp;In US Crochet term this stitch is called the extended single crochet (esc), and English &#8211; extended double crochet (edc).<\/p>\n<p>Extended sc &#8211; instead of pulling through both loops at once, pull through one loop, then through remaining 2.<\/p>\n<p>Did not expect, but in the program for drawing diagrams (I&#8217;m using Crochet Charts) already has such symbol.<\/p>\n<p>This pattern is alternation of sc and esc.
