In Stitches + Charts<\/a> Category I show simple crochet diagrams that do not require detailed Tutorials and, I think, be understandable even for beginner crocheters.<\/p>\n

Chain a multiple of 3 plus 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the pattern just one repeating row.\u00a0Number of chains on foundation chain = x * 4 + 2.<\/p>\n

Note. <\/strong>Depending of the yarn thickness, which do more or less half double crochet (hdc) in one puff stitch.<\/p>\n

I usually do 3, but if you want even more fluffy, make 4 or 5 hdc.\u00a0If work from finer yarns, but in several layer, then puff stitch looks a gorgeous!<\/p>\n

Row #1.<\/strong> From the second loop from hook, work a row with single crochets (sc).<\/p>\n

Row #2.<\/strong> Turn. Pull the loop on the hook on the height of 1.5-2 cm (~\u00be inch). 1 puff stitch in the first sc, ch 2, 1 puff stitch in same sc. * Ch 1, skip 3 sc, 1 puff stitch in fourth sc, ch 2, 1 puff stitch.\u00a0Repeat from * across.<\/p>\n

Row #3. Turn. Sl st between puff stitches. Pull the loop on the hook on the height of 1.5-2 cm (~\u00be inch). 1 puff stitch in the same space, ch 2, 1 puff stitch in same space. * Ch 1, (1 puff stitch, ch 2, 1 puff stitch) all in next space between puff stitches of previous row.\u00a0Repeat from * across.<\/p>\n
